SE Health and ventureLAB are both winners of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Culture program.
The Waterstone Human Capital program recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for fostering high performance corporate cultures that help sustain a competitive advantage.
Waterstone is a leading cultural talent management firm and recognized the Markham organizations in the broader public sector category.
SE Health provides health care services across many areas of the health system, including home and community care, long-term care, acute care and primary care. Their customers include governments, regional health authorities, hospitals, the seniors’ living sector, community organizations and consumers.
ventureLAB is a leading technology hub that supports tech entrepreneurs and small businesses through programs focused on capital, talent, technology and customers to advance Canada’s economy on a local, national and global scale.
“Winning this award has substantiated for ventureLAB not only recognition of our strong values, but their impact on our strong performance,” the technology hub says.
“At Waterstone we believe corporate culture drives performance and that it’s your organization’s greatest asset,” says Marty Parker, president and CEO of Waterstone Human Capital and Chair of the Canada’s Most Admired program. “Each of the 2021 award recipients puts culture at the centre of everything they do and demonstrates a commitment to culture as competitive advantage.
“They set an excellent example of how crafting and sustaining a high-performance culture can drive incredible growth and performance.”
The Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures and Canada’s Most Admired CEO awards will be presented at an awards celebration on March 31.
The day also includes a Corporate Culture Summit, a learning event focused on corporate culture that features speakers and breakout sessions with past award winners. It also features a CEO-only Summit, which brings together senior executives from across Canada to network and share best practices around how to leverage corporate culture as a competitive advantage.
