Markham Cycling Day returns with the Tour de Markham, community group rides, children’s races and live entertainment.
Tour de Markham is a family-friendly group ride that invites cyclists to travel on a designated bike route to visit various landmarks and communities throughout the city. Choose the 13-kilometre or 30-kilometre route. A parent or guardian must accompany cyclists aged under 10 years.
Each cyclist must have their own bicycle in good working order with a functioning bell or horn. Bike rentals are not available. Cyclists under 18 years of age must wear a properly fitted bicycle helmet.
If you’d like to promote your business or organization or would like to host a booth, email [email protected]. To volunteer, visit www.markham.ca/volunteering for more information and/or to register.
