The Stouffville Summer Street Festival promises entertainment for the whole family.
The festival will showcase street vendors, artisans, social groups, carnival-type games and live music.
“With lots of live music, street vendors, games, food and fun, how could you not have a great time in The Village of Stouffville on August 19,” said Karen Wootton, executive director of Stouffville Chamber of Commerce. “Epidemic Music Group has done a great job of lining up some amazing musical acts. We are so excited to bring this great event to Main Street and we invite everyone to shop local while they are here.”
Multiple live performances throughout the event will feature a wide variety of music, culminating with the headlining performance by Lazo Finn, Juno Award-winning reggae artist. There will be ample room as the road will be closed for the event.
The event will also include cartoon Bob (caricature artist), Magic Pete (Magician) and a Rock Around the Clocktower silent disco.
There is no charge to attend this fully accessible event which offers fun for all ages on August 19 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
