The Indian Cultural Association (ICA) at York University recently brought together students at JASHN-E-HOLI 2022 to celebrate Holi, the Festival of Colours.
Students began the day with endless masti and fun as people threw coluored powder into the air and splashed them on new and familiar faces. People were dancing to their favourite bollywood songs and enjoying the festivities.
The celebration continued in the evening with students dressed in beautiful ethnic Indian wear or Canadian formal wear for the most exciting part of JASHN-E-HOLI — the banquet formal.
The formal was an unforgettable experience with DJ Dylan, artist Ms. Naaz Jiwa, performances by students, entertaining games, ICA team performance, and delicious food.
