April 28: Run for Women is helping Markham Stouffville Hospital to confront York Region’s mental health crisis with a program that addresses women’s obstacles on their path to wellness. You can participate in a 5K or 10K race and children 12 and under can participate in the 1K- Little steps event. Register at https://www.runforwomen.ca/Cities/Unionville.aspx and select the Unionville race. All proceeds will benefit women’s mental health.
