DTM heats up the stage with unforgettable summer performances 

Downtown Markham (DTM) is once again making itself the go-to place for live music this summer. 

DTM has the stage set for all music lovers to enjoy what they want to hear. Everything from classic rock, top-chart hits, powerful vocal performances, to tributes to your favourite artists. DTM welcomes everyone to the Saturday night concerts, which are free of charge and open to all.

Starting hot this summer, Stoned and Rolling will be hitting the stage July 25. A Rolling Stones cover band known for their high-energy and audience interaction will be performing a one-night set, playing all your favourite songs.

Kicking off August will be Still Rock In Roll, starting the month off strong with a Billy Joel cover band that really brings listeners right to the 80s.

Raquel’s Roit and Marlow will be performing on back-to-back weekends on August 8 and 15, respectively. Both bands will be choosing hits from as early as the 60s to today and perform them in their unique, irreplaceable styles.

WestEnd is a band that brings something new to the table. A unique ensemble of seven band members that creates a fresh sound to the greatest music of the 80s. WestEnd performs their songs in English, Korean, and Chinese, truly providing a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone to enjoy.

Bruno Nesci will finish up the music-filled month of August strong with an Elvis Tribute. Nesci provides an authentic recreation of the King of Rock and Roll, creating a must-see spectacle.

The good times don’t end in August. Get Real hits the stage on Sept. 5, playing Billboard top-charted songs, no slow songs, just straight action. Their high-energy performance will keep viewers on their feet the whole time.

The Amy Experience will close out the summer setlist with an Amy Winehouse tribute unlike anything else. The band boasts a 10-person ensemble with a full horn section, bringing new elements to redefine the music you already know and love.
