Boots for Art to benefit art foundation

Pull on your boots and join Boots for Art, a high-energy line dancing lesson to benefit the Varley-McKay Art Foundation of Markham.

The lesson, led by crowd-favourite Cheatin’ Hearts, will be held Friday, March 29 from 7 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $50. 

The Varley-McKay Art Foundation of Markham is a registered charity committed to advancing arts and culture in our community. As an advisory board to the Varley Art Gallery of Markham, the Foundation supports and enhances the gallery’s impact through funding, programming and strategic guidance. “From preserving the art collection to delivering scholarships, bursaries and volunteer opportunities, we make art more accessible and meaningful for all,” it says.
