MARKHAM FAIR

Every year on the week-end before Thanksgiving, Markham Fair, one of the oldest country fairs in Canada, is taking place at the Markham Fairgrounds, on 10801 McCowan Road. Alongside items being exhibited and judged during the fair, the community is invited to enjoy various forms of entertainment such as horse pull, demolition derby, tractor pull, midway rides and display of farm animals. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, and $5 for children between 12 and 4.
