Family fun returns with Markham Children’s Festival

Markham-Milliken Children’s Festival is back for another year of excitement for the young ones. Returning on Sept. 12 for a full day of family-friendly activities at Aaniin Community Centre.

Admission is free for the public to take advantage of live entertainment, educational demonstrations, cultural performances, hands-on workshops, audience participation activities, and more.

All-day passes are available for $15, offering unlimited use of rides and inflatables.

Food and drink vendors will be available, as well as free water bottle filling stations inside and outside the community centre.

Tim Hortons is once again sponsoring this year’s festival. They are offering a coffee-for-a-year lottery draw for Markham residents over the age of 18.
