Aviva among Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion
Aviva Canada is among Great Place to Work® Canada’s 2025 Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion.
To build a truly equitable workplace, organizations must go beyond surface-level diversity, Great Place to Work® Canada reports. “Inclusion means creating an environment where every employee – regardless of identity, background or role – feels respected, empowered and valued,” it says.
“The Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion are committed to embedding inclusion into every part of the employee experience. These organizations champion equity through inclusive policies, diverse leadership and cultures built on belonging,” it adds. “Their efforts create safe, collaborative spaces where all voices are heard and celebrated – driving stronger innovation, engagement and business performance.”
The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.
An overwhelming majority of Aviva employees agree their workplace is safe; that people are treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation; that people are treated fairly, regardless of their race; that people are made to feel welcome when they join the company; and that they can take time off from work when they think it’s necessary.
