Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign supports MSH

Tim Hortons restaurant owners and millions of generous Canadians across the country together broke a new Smile Cookie record by raising $10.56 million for local charities across the country.

Tim Hortons is a long-time supporter of Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH) and is proud to support its local hospital. Tim Hortons restaurants in Markham and Stouffville sold decorated cookies with blue eyes and cheerful pink smiles for $1. The full $1 from each Smile Cookie benefits The Stollery Family Centre for Childbirth & Children at MSH.

The local 2020 campaign has raised more than $50,000 for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.

As a leading community hospital, MSH serves one of Canada’s fastest growing regions. A significant part of this growth can be attributed to expanding families. More pregnant women, more babies, and many growing children equals increased demand for maternal and child care. As our community continues to grow – MSH must ensure it can continue to not only meet the demand but deliver the highest quality care while doing so.
