Paramount Fine Foods raises money to support the Markham Stouffville Hospital

Paramount Fine Foods, the fastest growing Middle Eastern Restaurant in North America, continues its rapid expansion into Markham. Opening its doors last month, they have partnered with the Markham Stouffville Hospital and have raised $3000 to date for the hospital!

This partnership will provide the hospital with the funding needed to support the communities’ overall health. 50 per cent of proceeds from every sweet purchased in November has been donated directly to the Markham Stouffville Hospital. This donation will help the hospital purchase medical equipment and other priority needs they cannot cover with government funding.

A cheque for $7,000 was presented to Markham Stouffville Hospital CEO Jo-anne Marr during the Markham location grand opening on December 20, 2016.

Paramount’s founder and CEO, Mohamad Fakih, is eager to be a part of the Markham community. “We are very excited about the continuous expansion, and very happy to be opening in Markham and raising money for the hospital.” says Fakih.
