GTA residents one step closer to collecting lottery prizes

In a few weeks, two GTA men will likely be a fair bit richer.

Kanagalingam Ratnasabapathy of Scarborough is one step closer to claiming his lottery win of $100,000 from Instant Bingo Doubler (GAME #2094).

As his brother owns an OLG retail location, this prize falls within OLG’s definition of an insider win. He has completed the first step of a two-step insider win process, which included an investigation of his prize claim.

To complete the prize claim, the prize will be held for a 30-day waiting period as part of OLG’s insider win process. If there are no additional claims on this prize it will be paid to the claimant on May 23. The ticket was purchased at M&M Convenience which is located at 116 Markham Road in Scarborough.

After having a winning ticket earlier this year, Neil Stockert of Markham is one step closer to claiming his lottery win of $10,000 from the Pick 4 – Evening draw on February 28, 2019.

As he is an employee at an OLG retail location, this prize also falls within OLG’s definition of an insider win. He did not purchase or validate his ticket at his place of employment. He has also completed the first step of a two-step insider win process, which included an investigation of his prize claim.

To complete the prize claim, the prize will also be held for a 30-day waiting period as part of OLG’s insider win process. If there are no additional claims on this prize it will be paid to the claimant on May 14. The ticket was purchased at Circle K at the Esso on Major Mackenzie Drive in Maple.
