Art studio finds creative way to help Red Cross

WeArt studio was founded in Markham in 2011 by Ms. Vivian Tang. The goal of WeArt is to promote knowledge and skills of arts through a creational and enjoyable learning environment. WeArt believes that everyone has the talent to become an artist in a unique aspect and with proper guidance. “WeArt welcomes all people who are enthusiastic in exploring and developing their art skills to join our programs regardless their age and background,” said Joseph Zhou

The WeArt exhibition is an end of term show that provides an opportunity for students and parents to gather together to share their artworks before the summer holidays. “We open to the public as we believe that art is meant to be shared and all our young artists can be benefit from outside viewers. We also had a special purpose this year as all the proceeds of artwork sales will be donated to support residents in Fort McMurray,” added Zhou. They successfully collected almost$300 which will be donated to Red Cross.
