Upon immigrating to Canada in 1995, she started exploring western painting techniques. She later joined the Willowdale Group of Artists in 2008, the Dynasty Watercolor Group in 2010, and Bayview Watercolor Society in 2011.    These artists helped teach her how to play with water fluid acrylics, oil, watercolours, collage, mixed media and chinese ink.  These media allow her to express her creativity and personal interpretation.

Her exhibit is on display until April 2 at the McKay Art Centre.
