GTA Entertainment: Invictus Games open to much fanfare

The third annual Invictus Games opened this past weekend to much fanfare and prestige with Prime Minister Trudeau kicking things off with an official reception Friday night welcoming Team Ukraine. It is the eastern European country’s first foray into the games that are hosting over 500 participants from 17 countries. It was a meeting of political minds at the community gathering held to discuss the legalization of cannabis, an issue that has community members ramped up. Celebrating the secret gardens of our city

Secret gardens still do exist and can be found all over the city, which is why Markham Gardens 150 have decided to recognize 150 fabulous gardens in our communities. One of these belong to Greensborough resident, Abdul Wakeel Salehi, who has been cultivating his garden for five years.
